Running Club: Fat Busting Hill Sprints with Butt and Leg Mash!
09:30 Sunday 15th October 2017 at Richmond Park – everyone welcome, including non-Members!
Join us for an awesome new Running Club Workout to melt away Fat, improve your fitness and tone legs and buns – all in one easy session. Well, not exactly easy, but you get the idea! Expect to feel a good deal of “leg burn” on this one, which is open to everyone and is Free! So bring your friends and loved ones and children if they are 10 years or older.
You’ll need sports kit with grippy trainers and some water. Bring some warm clothing and perhaps a waterproof jacket for when we stretch at the end.
Meet at the coffee kiosk in Pembroke Lodge Car Park.

Running Club is for everyone, including non-Members and all abilities are welcome, even if you are completely new to running and working out. No one is left at the back and you work at your own pace, so come along and give it a go - it really is a great workout and a lot of fun too!
