What’s your BootCamp FitScore?

Want to know how Fit you REALLY are?

Then come to BootCamp and check your FitScore! Or do the tests yourself and add up your scores!

You’ll need to place two markers exactly 20m apart on flat, even ground – and you’ll need a watch.

Test 1. Shuttles

Run from one marker to the next and back as many times as possible in 5 minutes. Count each shuttle (up and back) and multiply by 4 to get your score. For example, if you ran up and back 25 times, your score is 100.

Test 2. Press Ups

Complete as many Press Ups as possible in 60 seconds. You must complete each one correctly, lowering to 90 degrees at the elbow. The test is scored for females to complete on knees; men to complete on toes. Score one point for each correct Push Up. For example, if you can complete 50 good Press Ups in 60 seconds, your score is 50 points.

Test 3. Sit Ups

Complete as many Sit Ups as possible in 60 seconds. You must complete each one correctly and you’ll need a partner to hold your feet. Lie on your back and place your feet flat on the ground, close to your butt. Now place your fingertips just behind your ears and bring our elbows forward, pointing at your thighs. Now sit up until your elbows touch your thighs, lowering again until your shoulder blades touch the ground, and repeat. Score one point for each correct Sit Up. For example, if you can complete 50 good Sit Ups in 60 seconds, your score is 50 points.

Add it all up!

Now add your scores together to get your total and compare with the scores below:

Score 100 = A good start, but you can do better with our help.

Score 150 = You’re averagely fit, well done.

Score 200 = You’re fitter than 90% of people out there.

Score 250 = You’re not human, you’re a superhero!
