Leg Mash Hill Sprints Workout in Richmond Park – Sunday 18th August!

Join us for an awesome Leg Mash and Hill Sprints Session in Richmond Park and discover how good for fitness, toning and fat loss Hill Sprints can be. This workout combines short bursts of intense cardio with leg and butt work to get your muscles pumped and strong. 

It’s Free and open to everyone, including friends and loved ones. We’ll meet by the coffee kiosk at 09:30 at Pembroke Lodge Car Park and you’ll need sports kit, grippy trainers and some water.
