Hill Sprints Session in Richmond Park – 09:30 Sunday 19th May 2019.
Come and join us for a Hill Sprint Session in Richmond Park and give your metabolism a serious boost. Hill Sprints are excellent at burning calories and are one of the best exercises ever for improving cardiovascular fitness – really fast. We’ll meet at Pembroke Lodge Car Park at 09:30 next to the coffee kiosk and everyone and all abilities are welcome. You’ll need your sports kit, some water and a pair of grippy trainers.
The Hill Sprint Session is Free to everyone, including non-Members and will last an hour, so make sure you come along!
