Relay Running HIIT Workout in Richmond Park Sunday 14th April at 09:30 – See you there!

Join us for a Fat stripping HIIT Workout guaranteed to skyrocket your metabolism for the entire day!

We’ll work in pairs to sprint short distance relays and work on toning muscle exercises during the rest periods. This combination is very effective at burning fat and toning your entire body and it’s great fun too (well if I’m honest it’s much more fun when it’s over but life is like that!).

You’ll need some grippy trainers and your sports kit and some water. Everyone is welcome, no matter whether you’re an athlete or just starting out and we’ll make sure everyone gets a great workout – you’ll see how it works on the day!

Meet at the Coffee Kiosk in Pembroke Lodge Car Park, Richmond Park, TW10 5HX on Sunday 14th April at 09:30. Lasts one hour. Need a lift? Just let us know and we’ll make sure you get there. 

P.S. Bring your friends, they don’t need to Members to join us. This event is FREE!
