Easy peasy lemon squeezy tips to cut out 500 Calories every day without even trying:

Burn more Calories than you eat and you’ll lose weight. The opposite is also true – remember Christmas?

A lot of us are carrying a few pounds of Body Fat from all those excess Calories and rather than waste the excess, we store it as Body Fat – which is bad news for our Health.

The good news is that when you eat fewer Calories than you need, your body uses your Fat to make up the shortfall. All you need to do is create a Calorie deficit and you’ll lose weight – Simple!

You can cut out at least 500 Calories every day just by doing these things:

Save 140 Calories per can by switching to diet Coke/Pepsi etc. Diet versions have just 2 Calories so if you drink 2 cans a day (and many of us do) you’ll save 280 Calories!

Save 50 Calories every cup by having skimmed milk in your tea and coffee.

Save 100 Calories by having Rich Tea biscuits instead of Chocolate ones (80 Calories each!) in your coffee break.

Save at least 200 Calories by reading food labels! There are hidden Calories everywhere! An innocent looking sandwich often contains 650 Calories! Try and keep to under 350 Calories per sandwich and avoid ones with mayonnaise!

Save 100 Calories by eating fruit rather than having smoothies. Orange juice and smoothies are great and contain lots of good stuff – as well as lots of Calories! A small smoothie can contain nearly 200 Calories! If you had an apple (just 70 Calories) and drank some water instead, you’d save over 100 Calories!

Save 100’s of Calories by eating natural foods – processed foods tend to contain LOADS of Calories and unhealthy Fats and salt too. So instead of having the Cornish Pastie with chips, opt for Chicken, Rice and Vegetables instead. Lean Chicken, Fish and Vegetables are generally low calorie, so fill up on these if you’re hungry and cut back on the processed stuff!

Save 100’s of Calories by drinking a little less! Alcoholic drinks contain a lot more calories than you might think. Beer contains around 220 Calories a pint. A glass of wine is around 200 Calories. A slimline Gin and Tonic is just 56 Calories. Opt for diet/slimline mixers and pace yourself! A great many of us drink too much, which is bad for health and bad for your body shape!

Oh, and don’t forget to come to BootCamp! You’ll burn LOADS of Calories if you come regularly!

One LemonBody Client has just lost 20kg (that’s over 3 stone!) in 4 months by following our advice. Anyone can do it – create a deficit of 1000 Calories a day by diet and exercise and you’ll lose 1kg a week – that’s over 2 pounds every week!

“But I’m too busy!”… We understand, but everyone’s busy!  Put yourself at the top of your priorities and commit to looking after yourself – you’re important too!

Make 2017 the year you invest on your Health!
