Meet The Trainers
Captain Felix Deer joined the Army in 1985 and served in a number of Training Officer roles, qualifying as a Unit Fitness Officer in 1986. Since leaving the Army in 1994, Felix has sold property, built houses and flown airliners for a living, but has always maintained his keen interest in Fitness.
A pioneer in mixed ability group fitness workouts, he freely admits to having “mostly hated” P.E at school and is of the firm belief that making workouts fun and catering for all abilities is vital in helping people get fit and stay happy and healthy.
His hobbies include Flying, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Weight Lifting, Trail Running and Conkers. Felix is 55 and lives in Dorking with his dog, Ning Nong.
David first became interested in outdoor fitness in 2009 when he joined the Parachute Regiment. Fitness is a big requirement for the Paras and it became a big part of his life.
Since leaving the Army, David followed his passion and qualified as a Personal Trainer and BootCamp Instructor. He likes to add lots of variety and equipment to his BootCamps Workouts and will push you to work hard and maximise results. David uses lots of encouragement and a big smile to help you achieve your goals whilst having a lot of fun at the same time. His hobbies include burpees and tattoos.
Pete grew up in New Zealand, where he enjoyed an active outdoor lifestyle, playing cricket and football at school. During his tertiary study, fitness became his passion and he devoted many hours to training and learning the science behind it.
After a short stint in the RNZAF, Pete moved to London in 2011 to pursue a career in fitness. Pete enjoys combining his love of the outdoors with teaching others and is in his element when running his BootCamp Workouts. Pete’s interests include cricket, hiking, swimming and cycling, and the curious pronunciation of many familiar English words.

We need more great instructors to run our 1000 Calorie BootCamp Workouts and to service our Corporate Clients. You’ll be required to pass a physical fitness test and undergo a comprehensive Training Programme with us.
