 Great News! We’re training again, but a little differently due to COVID 19.

Surbiton BootCamps 

Mondays – BootCamps at 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30
Tuesdays – BootCamps at 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30
Thursdays – BootCamps at 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30
Saturdays – BootCamps at 08:30, 09:00, 09:30 and 10:00

All at Alexandra Recreation Ground as before.

Twickenham BootCamps

Mondays – BootCamps at 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30
Wednesdays – BootCamps at 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30
Thursdays – BootCamps at 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30
Saturdays – BootCamps at 08:30, 09:00 and 09:30

All at Kneller Gardens as before.

Please read the bit below very carefully! 

We can only train 5 people at once so we’re running several BootCamps, back to back, but you must now BOOK EACH BOOTCAMP you wish to attend using list at the foot of this page.

Each BootCamps has 3 phases:

Phase 1: A 10 minute scripted Warm Up, which is unsupervised.

Phase 2: A 30 minute BootCamp Workout with an Instructor.

Phase 3: A 15 minute scripted Abs and Stretch, which is unsupervised.

You will remain with the same people throughout – a maximum of 5.

All equipment is provided, just like the old days.

How To Book Your BootCamp Workout:

– Select the Workout you wish to attend, and complete your details.

– You’ll receive an email confirming your booking.

Please be CAREFUL to select the correct venue, date and time of your Workout.

If you book a Workout and do not attend, you must still pay the £8 fee.

Please bring £8 cash to give your Instructor.

Our BootCamp Workouts all include Fat Loss, Muscle Toning, and Cardiovascular Fitness Training – so you get a great all-body workout every time. And we work really hard to make every Workout unique and lots of fun – so you never get bored!

 

Heavy Metal

Our Heavy Metal BootCamp hits your  Muscles hard to make them grow and tone. You’ll lift a lot of Heavy Metal during this effective and innovative new BootCamp.  give you a great Workout. See you there!

Boxing

Had a bad day? Beat the stress away with our ever popular Boxing Workouts. It doesn’t matter if you have never boxed before – get the gloves on and get stuck in! All equipment is provided and fun is guaranteed!

Beat The Clock

It’s really strange, but whenever our Instructors put a time limit on an exercise, you guys always just about manage to Beat The Clock! In this Workout you’ll be given lots of exciting things to do against the clock!

Body Burn

Toned muscle looks great, keeps you strong and keeps your metabolism high. Our Body Burn Workouts push your muscles hard – really hard, so they tone and firm your physique – fast! You’ll love the way your body changes – and your new toned muscles!

Team Games

Games are a great way to get super fit while having fun – and when you’re having fun, you workout much harder! Forget those awful School PE sessions, this is totally different! More fun and more rewarding times are ahead plus you get a great workout and meet great people!

SuperCore

SuperCore BootCamps dedicate an entire 30 minutes on your Core. With strict form and carefully chosen routines, you’ll work every part of your Core to tighten and tone. You’ll also strengthen and balance the muscles of your lower back, which is a good thing!

HIIT

HIIT Workouts are incredible at burning body fat without losing those toned muscles. Expect to work at very high intensity for a few seconds, then catch your breath. Repeat lots! It’s tough, but you will get a great fat burning Workout and rev your metabolism to new heights!  

Battle Of The Trainers

Our Trainers love a challenge, so we put two of them together in a special Workout that guarantees lots of fun and high energy exercises as they lead their teams to success! This is a great workout and our trainers are passionate about giving you the best training possible!

Battle PT

It’s NEW and it’s tough! Very tough! But you’ll work as hard as want to in this awesome new Workout based on Military Exercises and Training to test your stamina and push your muscles to the limit! You will have a great work out and your fitness levels will reach new heights!
