How Healthy Are You?
A recent study found that 67% of us believe we are reasonably Fit and Healthy.
A separate NHS study found the reverse to be true. A whopping 64% percent of us are actually NOT Fit and Healthy and are at significantly higher risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and other serious health conditions because of our lifestyles and too little physical activity.
The inescapable truth is that inactivity and and poor diet is terribly damaging for us. We live busy lives with many calls upon our time – and taking care of ourselves often slips down our list of priorities.
Cheap, easy and tasty food is also available 24 hours a day. But much of that food is loaded with sugar, saturated fat and salt and is seriously damaging our health.
