Try these delicious and protein packed pancakes – a great start to the day!

Pancakes are a great way to start the day and ours are really healthy and packed with protein. Best of all, they take only a few minutes to make!

Ingredients: Serves two.

Half cup uncooked Oats

3 Egg Whites

1 large scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

Small handful of Blueberries (about 15-20)

Half a teaspoon of Baking Powder

Half cup of Milk

2 Teaspoons of Honey

How to make them!

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend

Heat a small pan and spray with a light coating of oil/coat with butter

Pour some of the mixture into the pan and cook for a minute or so on both sides until fully cooked

Serve with added fruit and a drizzle of honey – serves two

Just 200 calories and over 20 grams of protein per serving! Enjoy!
